Hi friends and happy Wednesday! As someone who suffers from anxiety, it can be extremely tough. And it's no secret that it's highly common. So today, I thought I would share some of my favorite products for anxiety.
1. Tea
Matcha Green Tea (mint always), is one of my favorite products that we always keep in the cabinent. Commonly, I drink a cup before going to bed. But, if I am feeling anxious, it is one of my go to items for concentrating on something other than the anxiety I am feeling.
2. MONQ Zen
One of the newest items I have been using is the MONQ Zen and it works fantastic for me. In situations I would normally be extremely anxious, I have used the MONQ Zen and feel myself to be calmer within seconds. Regardless of whether it's because I'm focusing on something else or if it's because of the essential oils, it has helped. Use my link for 10% off your order. -It should show up when you go to check out-.
3. Coloring Book
Coloring tends to be my last resort considering many of my anxious moments tend to happen outside of the house. But, if I am home, this is a great tool I use to get my mind into something positive.
4. A Candle
Sometimes, it's helpful to light a candle and just watch or take it in. There are candles out there specifically for anxiety but any candle will do!
5. Essential Oils
Relaxation, an essential oil blend I picked up from Walmart for an inexpensive price has worked well in the past when I can't whip out a candle or coloring book. Often times I will rub it into the back of my neck and on my wrists.

6. A Cup of Coffee
One I've used many mornings. I believe I've also seen that other people have benefited from drinking a cup of coffee.
7. The Calm App
Meditation is something not everyone may be into but I have noticed in the past it has helped me. I used the Calm app. It is available in both the Google Play Store & on ITunes for free download. I'm also pretty sure you can use the application through the Calm website.
8. Queen of Anxiety Tee
