Ultimate Workout Playlist

Working out is literally a daily part of my life. Not only is it great for you, but I feel amazing during and afterwords. And while working out -whether you're running, walking or lifting weights- you need motivation. My playlist is constantly being added to and changed but here it is!






The important part of your workout playlist is to include songs you don't listen to every day (so you don't get tired of them) and to use songs that are of the faster pace to keep you up there in pace too.

Whether I am walking, jogging, running or dancing in my house, music is a huge part of the job!
