Hi friends! Sometimes, things can get really tough. So, let me offer you some advice and encouragement.
When things get rough, remember why you're doing this. Why are you finishing high school? Why are you going through college? Why are you working a job? Why are you in this relationship you're in? Take a look at the bigger picture.
You're attending school to build a better future for yourself. You're working this job you're working to save for that car you want, to pay for the roof over your head. You're in your relationship because you love your significant other so much.
When things get rough, try to seek the positive or bigger picture. If you're finding it harder to do either or, find a way to chill out and do it for 20 or so minutes every day. Write in a journal, participate in walking or jogging around the block, invest in a coloring book and just color your heart out.
Let's face it, to get the up's in life, you have to get through the downs. And to get through the downs, it might take a little more.
You can do this and in a year or so from now, you'll hopefully be long out of this down and going through your amazing up of life.
Keep working hard in your schooling or job, keep trying in that relationship and invest everything you have in what you're doing. Because in the end, your hard work will pay off. Even if it's rough now, it won't be rough forever.
Much love,
Anna xx
